Our mission is to honor that calling with quality scrubs, thoughtful gifts, and a store experience that feels like it was made just for you—because it is.

Montana Scrubs is locally owned and operated by the McGregor family in Great Falls, Montana, with roots that run generations deep in this community. Deb and Steve were both raised under the Big Sky before work took them to South Dakota and Minnesota, where they raised their family and poured into their communities through work and volunteer service. Coming home to Great Falls to be near family opened the door to carry on a beautiful legacy—caring for caregivers in the very town that helped raise them.The McGregor and Snyder families have known each other for generations. Deb’s grandfather and uncle used to pick up medications from Northside Drug on their way to make house calls and deliver babies, and Kim (Snyder) Woloszyn grew up in Deb’s great-grandfather’s house. When Kim, who successfully ran The Gittin Store for over a decade, was ready to retire, she invited Deb to purchase both the building and the business—entrusting her with the honor of continuing to outfit caregivers with quality scrubs and the essentials they need when every minute counts.With Steve’s hospitality, organization, and knack for bringing ideas to life, and Deb’s customer service, business management, creativity, and credentials in life and executive coaching, Montana Scrubs became a natural next step—one that feels both anointed and deeply aligned with their shared calling to serve.

Deb - Vision & Coaching Heart
Deb - Vision & Coaching Heart
Deb brings the vision to Montana Scrubs. With extensive experience working alongside entrepreneurs across many industries, she curates a unique mix of products and partnerships, especially with entrepreneurs who design and make their own goods. As a CPCC, CNTC, PCC life and executive coach, Deb integrates coaching into the fabric of the store so that, beyond the clothes you wear, you feel seen, valued, and encouraged. Her message to every person who walks in: you matter, you belong, you are seen, and you are loved.
Steve - Hospitality & Momentum
Steve - Hospitality & Momentum
Steve is the energizer bunny of Montana Scrubs. After 26 years in public education, he now teaches 3rd grade at a private school and brings that same energy, creativity, and care to the store. He loves organizing, setting up events, and making sure everything is ready so your experience feels smooth and fun from the moment you arrive. When he is not helping at the shop, you’ll likely find him out running with the dogs, drawing on his former cross country coaching days—including earning the Disney Goofy medal—to keep joy and movement part of everyday life.

Maverick & Bailey - Joybringers Behind the Scenes
Maverick, our golden retriever extraordinaire, may not greet you in the store, but he is always part of the heartbeat at home—reminding us not to take life too seriously and making sure we get our steps in. Bailey, our son’s rescue pup who spends lots of time with us, brings boundless energy, a love for the outdoors, and a strong opinion about chasing every squirrel, bunny, and deer that walks by. These four-legged family members keep us grounded in joy, play, and presence—values we bring into the store every day.
